On this episode of FREEda's World, I recap the hit ABC show Black-ish, season 4, episode 2, which focused on postpartum depression. I also discuss my personal journey with postpartum. Postpartum depression is a real disorder affecting real women. It is nothing to be ashamed of. It is nothing to be embarrassed about.
